As a VERY long term employee working directly in the stores, I’m sure I have had customer’s dissatisfied with my service, as I’ve had customer complaints on a personal level (some probably deserved/most simply misunderstanding and miscommunication). What cannot be measured in the short term are the dozen’s of successful transactions that occur everday where the customer leaves with the product and knowledge they need to accomplish their project goals.

Please, don’t judge an entire organization from the actions and attitude of a couple of transactions. I assure you that our mission.. from the CEO down to the associate level, is to provide every customer with the best experience they have ever had with a retailer. We are evaluated weekly and inspected through the use of external mystery shops on a monthly basis. I implore you, report these goofballs every single time. It helps our organization weed them out… but I also hope you’ll allow the rest an opportunity to make give you the customer experience you deserve… including respect and satisfaction.
